We will visit a Cheesemaker in County Louth and see the Slane Castle Whiskey Distillery. Dinner and overnight in Cabra Castle. Day Two will include a visit to Drumshambo County Leitrim which is home to the Food Hub and PJ Rigney Distillery. Overnight in the Park Hotel Virginia which is owned and managed by Richard Corrigan. Tour the Gardens before heading onto Sheridan’s Cheesemongers in County Cavan. Learn about Irish cheeses and the maturation process before returning to Dublin.
